easy to assemble, multi-use pre-manufactured arch buildings carry a 30
year rust warranty backed by the mills and are made from only the finest
heavy gauge Galvalume steel.

of our engineering and design is done by computer programs which employ
cutting edge technology. The CAD-CAM software used by our factory is
designed exclusively for the pre-engineering building industry. |

 CNC
This Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC)
sheeting line forms various profiles of panels up to 50 feet in length in
a wide range of gauges. Our CNC machines use streams of digital
information from our CAD-CAM outputs to cut, roll form, and pre-punch bolt
holes in steel components.

Gas Metal Arc Welding

latest Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) technology is utilized resulting in

Pre-punched Bolt Holes

accurate pre-punched bolt hole placement is assured through the
utilization of the latest CNC technology making field assembly of
buildings faster and easier. |

 Galvanized
Girts and Purlins
The factory produces its own galvanized girts
and purlins unlike many other pre-engineered steel building manufacturers.
Every girt and purlin produced in our factory is galvanized with a zinc
coating which seals the surface of the steel to prevent rust.

Submerged Welding System

 This
state-of-the-art twin-arc submerged welding system is capable of producing
structural members up to 72" in depth giving us the ability to
manufacture clear-span buildings up to 200 feet wide! All
welded components must pass strict quality control requirements.
